Internet & technology

Hyttekos lodge features technology that will make your stay convenient.

Wireless internet

To connect to the high-speed wireless internet select the Hyttekos Lodge network and connect with the password provided in the welcome e-mail. Once connected, open a web browser, which will automatically redirect you to the network’s page o gain access to the internet. If the login page does not appear automatically, try entering a random URL in the browser to trigger the redirect.

✦ If the internet doesn’t work, please let us know by email. We can reboot the system remotely.

Lighting

To utilize the scene switches at the entrance for automatic lighting based on scenes, simply tap the designated buttons labeled with different lighting scenarios at the entrance of the living room. These switches are programmed to adjust the lighting ambiance to preset settings tailored for various times of day. Use the master switch at the entrance in the hall to turn off all lighting when leaving and turn on the lighting when arriving.

Heating

The ground floor features floor heating with individual thermostats in each room for easy temperature control. Upstairs, rooms with panel heaters can be adjusted using the "+" and "-" buttons on their control panels. During winter, the system is pre-set for a comfortable climate, maintaining warmer temperatures in the living room and bathrooms, with slightly cooler settings in the bedrooms.

Bluetooth speakers

To connect your phone via Bluetooth to the Bluesound speakers, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Search for available devices, and select “PULSEFLEX-2i” or "Hyttekos Lodge Speakers" from the list. Creating the connection can take up to one minute. Once connected, you can now stream audio from your phone to the speaker.

Televisions

Hyttekos Lodge is equipped with TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bunkroom. Start by selecting the 'Hyttekos' account on the TV to access its features. Navigate to the home screen using the remote and go to the "Apps" section, where you can choose or install your favorite apps like Netflix. Open the Netflix app and log in with your credentials or create a new account if needed.

Electric vehicle charger

To use the Zaptec charger for electric vehicles, connect the charging cable to your electric vehicle. The LED indicator will show the charging status; a solid green light indicates that charging is in progress. Use your vehicle's onboard system to monitor the charging process, set charging schedules, and adjust settings as needed. Ensure the cable is securely connected during the entire charging session. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable from your vehicle and the charger.

Fire alarm system

The Ajax fire alarm system notifies about danger with a built-in powerful sire. The next-gen detector sensor instantly distinguishes smoke from steam, and two thermistors quickly react to the synthetic materials’ burning. The carbon monoxide sensor alarms before the concentration level becomes threatening.

Door lock

To lock or unlock the door, simply enter your code on the keypad when prompted. To unlock, input your code and press the unlock button, and to lock, press the lock button. The lock will be programmed with a six-digit code for the duration of your stay. This code will be the last six digits of the main tenant's mobile phone number.

Security system

For your privacy and peace of mind the chalet is equipped with internal motion detectors for security purposes when unoccupied, these will be turned off during your stay. Additionally, external cameras are installed to monitor snow height around the property to efficiently manage snow removal services, ensuring that pathways and driveways remain clear and safe for your use. These cameras are solely for detecting snow levels and not for any other monitoring purposes. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
