Check-out instructions
We hope you had a wonderful stay at Hyttekos Lodge.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 am, unless otherwise arranged. We kindly ask that you adhere to the specified check-out time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Cleaning Instructions
Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, including furniture placement. This helps the local team to check the property and prepare for the next guests.
Before you depart, we kindly ask you to complete the following tasks:
Kitchen: Wipe down all surfaces, including the fridge, oven, and any cupboards where food was stored.
Dishwasher: Load and start the dishwasher. If time allows, please unload it and put items away.
Bathrooms: Flush all toilets and empty rubbish from bathroom bins.
Trash: Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins opposite Hev Vestsiden Deli or at the waste station by the road on the West side.
Outdoor Areas: Clear cigarette ends, bottles, and other waste.
Fireplace: Dispose of ash from the fireplace.
Towels and Beds: Leave used towels in the bathroom and leave beds unmade. There’s no need to strip them. For unused beds, place the cards provided on them to avoid unnecessary washing.
Lighting and Electronics: Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics.
Sauna and Jacuzzi: Ensure the sauna is turned off and the cover is placed over the outdoor jacuzzi.
Security: Close and lock all windows and doors.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, provided it falls within a reasonable scope. If additional cleaning is required, the cost of the extra hours will be charged.
